About the Author
Heather Burford, author referenced as H.E. Burford, is a retired High School English teacher and writing professor, currently living in the small coastal town of Mathews, Virginia. She is originally from Zanesville, Ohio and spent much of her life in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She has been married to her husband, Chris, for almost 27 years and has three grown children, Chloe, Kristian, and Caleb. Aside from writing, Heather enjoys spending time with her beagles and cats and being in the sunshine. She holds an Associate’s of Arts degree, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus in writing and poetry, a Master of Teaching Degree in Teaching English Education, and a Doctorate in Teacher Leadership, ABD.
